Hello, all! I have not been active in this forum in a while and I know I have missed so much valuable content!

I own properties in Phoenix which are all open to government funding. I am wondering if any of you know the best FB groups to join or any other methods of connecting with people who have similar style properties primarily for the purpose of ensuring we know how to best navigate these circumstances. I have owned for about 10 years but things have changed quite a bit and I have a few unexpected vacancies.

I look forward to engaging more with this community. BP was the tool I utilized to learn how to invest and I respect this community beyond measure!

Thank you in advance!
