Over the years I have grown weary of what seems like significant embellishments, pontification and yet another guru who makes their money selling more conferences than actually being successful in whatever field. 

I remember attending this real estate conference without the usual YouTube influencers and real estate fake gurus.

I actually had a drink last night with a gentleman that I met when we were both speaking at conferences.

I do not disagree, I saw an ad last night for some conference speaking at and selling tickets.

I have a conference call with a "stager"/STR decorator in the morning.

I have worked with SecuredI I have not heard there name in years. have not seen them at conferences or in forums or buying or selling loans.
