It was much like a BP conference with even some of the same experts as the (a few years ago) BP conference in Denver.

Today, I’m especially focused on housing innovation—particularly ADUs, where design, data, and policy intersect to meet urgent housing needs.Earlier in my career, I trained as a chef and rose through the ranks in high-pressure kitchens, where I developed creativity, precision, and leadership under pressure.

Whether any conference is worth it is ultimately up to the individual.Will you learn anything earth shattering there?

Then, when "notes" started getting more popular with novice investors, I attended a few conferences and saw gurus speaking that had ZERO formal credit background charging to teach people how to buy loans.

It frustrated me so much after trying to get a quote on my own home and it took an hour to get to where they said sorry we are not issuing policies iin your area currently that I had a conference call with the CEO's exec on the issue.

Are there specific networking events, conferences, or online platforms where developers actively source deals?  

Honestly, I think the best part of these conferences is the side conversations.

The city was seen as a decaying metropolis full of poverty and lack of businesses due to its unorganized leadership.
