As I mentioned, use sub accounts in a master account, this is like a subsidiary account, it is a set of books basically for each cell that when all are combined or consolidated add up to the balances of the master account.

So anyone can put together the courses and sell them just like any other RE Guru out there teach their tips and tricks.

Example:  If an investor is sitting on $2 million in CDs or money market, and decides (s)he would like a better return, the average listing in Aspen, Vail, or Breck might just do the trick.

One trick I use to keep tenants with rent increases is one I learned from politicians.

I would start by reading JScott's Book on Estimating Rehab Costs to learn the basics. 

Basically they take a house that isn't selling-pay for the renos, then split the profit.
