Keep in mind the next set of closing costs on a refinance in 5 years, this can really eat into your perceived savings as well.Seeing that these are long term holds, It might be more advantageous to apply more towards the loan principal pay-down rather than hitting the reset button and incurring more fees on a refinance.

The interface in contrast to Facebook, but now I'm back on bigger pockets and just try to be more regular and engage with the community. the interface here is not very user friendly, which I just noticed this am a different interface that confused me as it took me to my dashboard but had no button to get to the forums.

Just a quick look at their website makes me think they are still redeemable before the sale as some are marked Redeemed.One nice thing it appears is that they will publish the winning bid....so you can see where you stand at the end of the sale.
