How to sell STR furnishings

Question

I am selling a home we have managed as an STR for the past couple of years. The furnishings are nice and the photos are nice. I have an offer, but it is to buy without the furnishings. How do I find out about ways to sell the furnishings separately if I accept an offer to sell unfurnished? The home is in Holly Ridge NC. I also listed it here for sale as a turnkey STR. Thanks!

I have had success in finding buyers to take everything from FB marketplace.  Probably could have made a little more selling it off piece by piece but I did not want to deal with tons of strangers and those who would want to trade me their grandma's electric mixer for my mixing bowl.

I would try FB groups and/or marketplace. Can be annoying managing but you'd sell it all. You can also do an estate style sale where you hold it open over the weekend to sell furnishings.

First see if the buyer is interested in buying the furnishings separately. This is the easy button.

2nd - list in FB marketplace or FB groups that are local to the house.

If you belong to any Facebook groups for local STRs, there may be a host who wants to buy it all for their STR.

Matt, you can sell the furnishings separately through Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor and OfferUp. You may also want to host an estate or moving sale to move everything efficiently. If you are part of a local REIA group, consider posting it in their Facebook group to see if another investor would purchase it as a package. I am not a fan of Craigslist, so I would personally hesitate to list it there.

OK, I had thought of FB marketplace as a place to list each item separately--it just hadn't occurred to me I could simply list everything in the house as a set. Thanks!
