DSCR Testimonials and Suggestions
Anyone have experience in securing DSCR loans? I have some properties that I own free and clear and would like to leverage my equity to grow my portfolio. I was just hoping to hear some recommendations as well as any lenders to stay clear of.

DSCRs are now like belly buttons...everybody's got one. Pretty much ever lender on the planet can do it these days. Q) "How many DSCR lenders does it take to change a light bulb? A) One to actually do it, the rest of them to say "I'm better than that guy". Get ready for the "DM me" avalanche.
