So we made what I like to call the "command centre” that tracks his debt, mortgages, renewal windows etc. and then of course has all the property management features like tenant portal, e-transfer tracking (we're Canadian), messaging etc.

Especially if it's a good location your exit is likely to be to an owner occupant which will command a higher premium.
