Another indication would be headers in any door openings in any wall you are looking to remove.You need to assess what if any support they provide to the roof structure.

We had termites, the house needed to be re-wired, and we had structural issues as we had to add headers and remove a wall.

Location is a feature in QBO similar to class, with one limitation, it is available at header level only, which means you are allowed to assign one location only in each transaction.

A decent contractor will be able to determine how tall the header and stud jacks he need for simply opening that up a little more, nothing that concerning.

Try posting this in the Multi-Family forum and try using the header of "suburb of Houston" instead of Friendswood.
