Always have a back up plan I’m afraid your inexperience and naivety is showing.  

Add to that your inexperience and it could be both financially and mentally disastrous.

And often times the "teams" are built by partners who are all similarly lacking in experience banding together.  

I haven’t done a thorough research and I’m so inexperience in this STR business, but it appears that the average nightly rates on Airbnb goes for around 200-300 per night at 30-50% occupancy. 

I learn really fast and and what I don't have in experience, I make up in drive...lol.

Mistakes due to inexperience can be even more costly.

As a broker in NNN 21 years and owner of my company what I would say is DON'T RISK your buyers hard earned dollars with the inexperience of not knowing NNN.Residential brokers and agents see commercial and think whopper of a check compared to selling houses.You need to refer this off to someone that has experience and not wing it with your buyers hard earned cash.

My book in experience is regimented and seamless especially if have any issue along the way. 

The inexperience doesn't stop there.
