I like this little private member's jacket only area, but even more private "invite only" areas would be awesome.

Of course make sure you aren't just smelling the odor coming off his jacket hanging in the front entry.

I've given them the jacket of the property with all permits/leases/info of property history. 

A true service animal actually performs a true SERVICE and is trained to do that service....see eye, people in wheel chair etc.....the nebulous "emotional support" animal is the big issue since it is way hard to define and they don't need any formal training.....and its becoming a big industry to see little jackets and vest on the internet that anyone can buy.

I've had many different scenarios played out, worst being getting a writ of possession from the Sheriff and them showing up in bullet proof jackets, drilling out the lock on the door only to get inside to have dog feces/urine 1" thick throughout the entire home! 

I should have worn a flack jacket based on the neighborhood.
