Process isstill ongoing , as I had pout off some minor cosmetic work ( outsidebrick and painting ) to focus on new apartment , but city will notissue a clean complete COA until all the deficiencies on maininspection re taken care .

She was moving some more things pout so I approached her and tried to nail down a day when she would be completely out.

Strip away, this fool lives worse than pigs, I will have to strip out any remaining drywall, strip everything down to the studs, pout 1000 gallons of bleach on the cement foundation, and likely much more just to clean it up.

Also if it's bid on an hourly basis and not a project basis... if the project takes longer than anticipated doing the work then the person doing it continues to make more instead of pouting mid project (which is sort of the closest example to where I'm at).
