Im a realtor and an appraiser trainee half way through my traineeship, and an investor who tanks on the challenging properties.  

I am a Real Estate Investor and currently seeking employment in a new career field as a REAL ESTATE APPRAISER TRAINEE in TEXAS.

I am considering doing one or several things; I want to obtain my real estate license in order to have MLS access personally, visit properties in the local area where I will begin investing, and the benefit of saving on commission. one reason why I am highly considering the license is to be able to learn the art of estimating market values of the properties and ARV's by analyzing comps.I also considered doing just the beginning appraisal trainee classes to get formal knowledge of the process of determining residential values. 

The Citibank attorney did NOT have a sense if humor (I hope he's processing short sales for Montelongo trainees somewhere).

Overall I like the area because the city is small enough to explore all in one day but not too small.Enterprise Impressions: Most of the nicer neighborhoods cater to military families, some drawdowns and there will be %20 reduction in soldier trainees next year.

I often times see signs on the side of the road that state: "Real estate investor seeking trainee."
