When I do the showing it will be only 3bd 1bth but will explain to prospective tenants that a second bath will be added during the turnover process. lets say tenant likes place and signs lease, is there something I should put in the lease to say that tenant toured the property and accepts that a second bath will be added before they move in. anything I should consider ?
