Has anyone used AI services to upload a photo and visualize various design features?

The FRA mandates that all frieght trains blow thier horns at crossings, unless the local jurisdiction creates a quiet zone and pays for other visual indicators for approaching trains.

We are allowed to leave it open, screen it with insect screen to form something like a screened-in room, or install breakaway walls that will blow or wash away with only 20 pounds of pressure but otherwise provide a weak, visually appealing enclosure. 

Sometimes when people picture doing development, in their minds it seems so simple, because they visualize what will be sitting there in the end.

I can see these folks blowing up the corporate HQ.. of Blackstone.. pretty funny visual based on my extensive experience in the C class southern rental and renter.

Visually, it looked as though 50-60% of some neighborhoods were up for tax auction.

But consider rather these benchmarks to follow when judging a given neighborhood.What I like to look at are the visual tangibles and emotional apsects of what appeals or doesnt unappeal to your senses. 1) Neighborhood Infasctructure: What are the condition of the streets and sidewalks.

It was effective for me because I learn by being hands on and by visually seeing what I'm talking about.
