If you aren't happy with what some of those companies are doing, you have a tiny voice in the REIT suggesting selling the company stocks, but no voice regarding their operations. 

That's why it's so important to stop what appears as tiny-tiny movement that direction. 

A three-bedroom unit squeezed into 1,000 square feet with one bathroom and three tiny bedrooms may not perform better than a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath unit with generous closets and well-sized rooms.

I have searches set up on all the main MLS apps keyword for “ADU, DADU, Grandmother unit” and am keeping an eye on property size and zoning for potential of adding a DADU or possibly tiny home as well as expanding on the existing house.It’s just a matter of finding.

The teeny tiny nit noid stuff that the inspectors find because you re-did all the major components and they want to look like they did some work.

Not going to belittle you but give another perspective and look at quality over quantity.

Might be worthwhile asking if they can do a 1 year 1% PPP to reduce the rate and points a tiny bit but they may not have that option.
