Tiny home resort full of STRs!

We currently live in a tiny home on wheels behind my sisters house that we have tried to sell but because we are based in Georgia and the laws are harder then out west it has been almost impossible.

For example: Properties with private well and sewer systems in areas of lower insurance rates will see greater interest due to the lower operating costs and independence of utilities and cost inflation.One of the safest and surest ways to preserve large quantities of capital without considerable management is prime real estate such as coastal, commercial or developable land.

Quantity is useless unless they have quality.

It's always the quality that matters, not the quantity. 

I haven't skied in a bit but the classic idea of tiny home isn't a good fit for the gear and clothing that goes with skiing.

We’re really trying to build this for quality over quantity.

I'm saying your time should be better spent looking for quality instead of wading through quantity. 

You’re Way too vague on the details that you provided.. you want people to write a book how to work the deal and you only provide a tiny sliver of detail which nobody could go off of unless they ask you question after question  asking for more detail. 

Otherwise I would likely hear about tiny 2k discounts and the standard answer of focus on incentives which is not addressing the question asked
