Try to identify other parts of the United States where renting out tiny homes has been wildly successful and duplicate their strategy 

Want to develop property with 4-5 tiny houses on wheels.Looking for anyone with this experience in the Virginia, North Carolina area.Thanks

Tiny homes might be fine for some, but they are simply too small.

However, you can often get a lender to make an exception on that when there are compensating factors such as:-Large amount of comps nearby which are of the same tiny square footage (this is most important part)-Liquid Reserves, FICO, DSCR, etc all exceeding the standard requirements by a lot -Lower LTV

There is definitely a "luxury" market that does well, and you can track those down on AirDna or otherwise, but I think those can get lost in the quantity of supply that's come online over the years.
