I vow to never let a tenant control me like this again.I never allow vaping or smoking of anything anywhere on the property so the cigarette butts would also be an immediate eviction. 

Maintain your own CRM - I bought Goldmine a century ago and many companies I worked for paid for all new gadget CRM but I kept my list my own. 

Thin walls, our bedroom is filled w/pot, cigarette smoke, they are in & out all night vaping, w/more loud talking each time..

I explain it.There doesn't exist a system, program, gadget, or software that can target motivated sellers.

My lease has a clear provision stating no smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on the property.2.

I am self taught on the computer (since the Commodore 64) and always looking for gadgets, apps etc. to make things easier, spending a lot of money over the years doing so.

Sometimes you can see the haze buildup on their car windows too.And I have no problem with vaping.

Once you have more than enough you do still enjoy nice and new gadgets and gizmo's but get more lasting happiness hearing about others in life doing well.

Of course I have my standard list of requirements which takes top priority.If someone smokes or vapes at their car before or after a showing, it is a red flag for me as that is a prohibited activity in my listing. 

Old systems can be constant problems due to the sheer amount of electrical gadgets and small appliances found in most homes.
