It really falls directly into the "sounds too good to be true" bucket.

I would love to comment however for some reason my comment box is a very very small box in the right hand corner and I can not see what I'm typing (smile emoji) I would take the ten a month, travel the world and do my bucket list.

However, will see how this situation is impacting our most stable tenants.you would think that but there are a lot of newer landlords that have not put that knowledge in their knowledge bucket and have to go through the eviction turnover route to get the experience to put in their Bucket..   

Sometimes the fees can be as low as 1%, so you could potentially pay 0% on a $10k bill for a year or more for $100 or so - sadly a drop in the bucket at this point.

If someone is driving a reliable car that isn't a rust bucket, it is hardly a POS.

To some people paying 30k for a 5 day bootcamp bus tour is a drop in the bucket and worth it.. so who is to say they are not getting their monies worth..

I have a scoped .22 pellet rifle, a vacant lot next to my STR, and a bucket full of starling/pigeon bait.

And for the record, any of those challenges can be overcome and I would not bucket long term professionals into this same risk category.
