Try this:1) Dissolve 2 tbsp. of oxy-cleaning powder in 1 gallon of hot water, stirring until all of the powder has dispersed.2) Spread a liberal amount of cleaner onto the floor, working in a 3-foot strip and saturating the entire surface.3) Let the cleaner soak for fifteen minutes.

So far it seems the starting bid means nothing, they will drop the starting bid every week dramatically to try and stir up interest, but they have a very set minimum or reserve for the property, at least for a few weeks, then they'll drop that reserve as well.

This is common stuff, I'm not sure what the goal is or how you are "helping" you might be stirring the pot for no reason as nothing is likely to happen unless the elderly lady wants to take some action. :)
