This is not even about whether or not wholesalers are bad vs. good.This is simply about,  and please focus: "not because you constantly hear horror stories about  wholesale deals gone wrong does it mean wholesaling is bad, or wholesalers are bad, or that people shouldn't do wholesaling."

Google - Bard.If the DoN data were true, Las Vegas would be about the only city in the US where rents did not increase between 2005 and 2019.Dan, your claim that the DoN data is correct and all other data sources are wrong does not make sense.
