@Thomas Balielan I agree with @James Hamling this whole thing is a big wrongdoing.

Why would they leave money on the table for you and, why would they expose themselves to potential litigation or accusations of wrongdoing by dealing with you directly?

I thought it was not possible to cash flow with a condo but her example shows that I was wrong.
