I have stopped answering the question about how many units we own even though we are a small fish; its like asking someone net worth, whatever you say the emotional response is mostly negative, either people envy you (not in a good way), worst case they come back at some point later and ask you for money, or the response is to one-up me by saying something like oh, we have 4,000.
