I would say it's pretty much void - it's not like it's foolproof right from the beginning as you'll leave your name and signature in all your are doing unless you are paying lots of money to an attorney to represent you in all transactions and documents.And be careful when transferring title with QCD, as you might lose title insurance.

This isn't fool proof since its all honor system, but we do remind them that major discrepancies between the preliminary application, and the full application, will be interrupted as an integrity issue and a major ding on their application.Only if they watch the video and if their preliminary application is satisfactory will we get in the car to do a showing.

Or is it that the obvious answer will not suit, that you want the police involved as little as possible in this, looking further into your business, and you're hoping that a community of real estate investors might be enticed to give you some sort of inside tip, a clever informed and foolproof way that only they know about that's guaranteed to get your landlady off your back and allow you to continue grifting off her with minimal stress for the rest of the month?
