Better key tracking solutions.
What do you guys use to manage keys?
I manage 157 units. Soon to be over 200. I have a maintenance team of 7 with an additional 4 cleaning contractors and 2 leasing agents. With the current rate of Growth. Tracking keys between all team members is becoming a problem. I finally realized how big of a problem it is when a tenant locked themselves out of their unit today and nobody could locate our sets that were missing from the box.
