Don't get me wrong; there are plenty of issues/problems/quirks that old houses have that new houses don't, and an old house can obviously have hidden problems and big repair/maintenance bills too (which is why you need a strong due diligence process)...but, the point is: a new house is not a foolproof solution to repairs/maintenance (and in some cases, a brand new house can be a much bigger gamble than an older house!).

It's not foolproof - if the basketballs are rearranged we can't tell if anyone played it much or not, but we can tell by how fast the battery powered scoreboard goes dead.

The big ones in size.Big company said they had never seem anything like it.At least with commercial tenants I know most of them want to keep the places clean because people can see in from the road and walk into the retail businesses.It's not fool proof but the percentages are in my favor.
