Good Morning Great Investors,I have been real estate investing for the past 8 Months, I was able to close on a couple of Whosesale Deals after months of hard work, mistakes, and perseverance.

This all happens because we are quick to believe any quick fix answer, and because guru's can't sell the truth which is you will need to work hard, learn, and persevere through years of ups and downs before landing in the promised lands of financial freedom.All of that said, I'm going to go take my diet pill so I don't have to hit the gym, and my adderall so I can concentrate on work.

I'm interested in hearing those life lessons and experiences that will lead to people's eventual success...if they persevere.

Man, we did learn a lot about perseverance and also how to communicate with each other throughly.

Also, I have definitely heard podcasts or read posts where people do a big flop in the beginning, or even mid way through their career, only to persevere and be successful in the end.
