Good Morning Great Investors,

I have been real estate investing for the past 8 Months, I was able to close on a couple of Whosesale Deals after months of hard work, mistakes, and perseverance. After all the toil and hard work, It all helped me feel more confident and comfortable in the business even though I have much more to learn. However I'm coming to find out that there is a part of the investing world that I can thrive in, and could open the door to truly living my dream life, and this is the LEASE OPTION part of the investing world.

I have been watching videos and reading about Lease options, now all I need is for someone with experience to walk me through closing my first deal in person. Mainly the paperwork. I have some leads, and with the right tutelage, I am ready to pull the trigger. I am in the Detroit area, and I will be truly grateful for the person to walk me through this life changing experience.
