@Karin DiMauro Thanks for the feedback, I think we could definitely add more production value that would help explain visually what I am talking about.

We are more map focused as well and allow all variables to be plotted visually as a choropleth.

I can't tell visually but I don't know what else it could be.  

The visual assessment in the basement found plenty of mold on the floor joists above. 

One of the best ways to bring back a high level of energy and motivation is to VISUALIZE.

I am able to see major issues, but I don't take temperature of the cool air coming off the vent, I don't flush every toilet or turn on every faucet, nor do I actually run the dishwasher, or dryer etc...my inspection is visual.

That’s just for the agent and escrow and title insurance.Note: Even if you can do the math in your head you should still use the calculator and write the figures down on the right side of the note pad so they can see it visually.
