We really stretched ourselves thin. we did not perform our own inspections because we were busy raising finances .. and our agent insisted we use the same company who did the initial inspections to “get a report in our name” .. we went for visual inspection with our agent and found the master bathtub was  upside down — they said there was a chip and seller was fixing the tub.

From visual inspection, the other bags were 3Mil or less (bags in background) I highly recommend that if you touch, or caused to be touched (as in a power washer), any asbestos or LBP siding, that you take a certification course even if you don't have plans to use the certification as part of your business.

I would avoid turnkey companies who cant give direct answers, won't allow you to visually inspect properties personally, won't allow for a 3rd party inspector to come in, and those who are slow to respond.
