I hate this classic ploy by listing agents to drive up prices for their clients and commissions for themselves.  

Such as buying a rehab and keeping the classic Corvette in the garage.

BTW; the heart-shaped tub is classic--all it needs is a '60s fireplace and more shag carpet lol1. 

The advantage in germany is, that if you get a classic bank-loan, you generaly only need to pay the closig costs; so leverage is better here.I bought my appartment really cheap. 1k per square meter.

For an investor to compare any two properties offered by two different companies using the word Turnkey to describe their offering, they really have to dig deep into their due diligence rather than just assume that both are the same because they use the word Turnkey.I have read a lot of @Caleb Heimsoth's posts on here and I will agree with a little sliver of what he said, although over-all I think he makes the classic mistake that too many others make.  

The people I contact either don't want to talk about their troubles (classic denial) or have another avenue they are working on.
