Being relatable is important maybe not for a tax expert but for an advisor with collaborative relationships it is very helpful.     

I believe in collaboration and learning from one another especially if you're new and starting out in real estate investing. 

It is prudent to collaborate with lenders who prioritize long-term relationships and genuinely care about your success in the real estate market.

Since I like to stick to wholesaling, I like to find the right people with whom to collaborate, especially remotely because there are great deals in Ohio, for instance, and I would like to have the confidence to make sure we are all transparent and upright.
