I have heard of Propstream and Deal Machine before, but I have yet to use either...I will check both of these out.

@Ryan SpathThat's incredible discipline to manage properties in multiple states, kudos to you; it sounds like you have a well oiled machine. 

Really tough to do = we have used ozone machines but now we are just moving away from carpets as much as possible. 

Don't expect it to ever be a hands off machine before many years of hard work and even then if you want to keep higher margins, a lot of the heavy lifting will have to be done by you. 

If you want wholesaling, pick one zip, build a real cash buyers list first, then hunt only what they want; pull distressed leads, call daily, make 10 solid offers a week, and follow up like a machine.
