For real estate investors, the appeal of a 50-year mortgage is almost always tied to immediate cash flow.

I'm okay with painting and adding some cosmetic appeals to increase rent but I don't think I know enough to jump into a property that needs the kitchens or bathrooms fully demoed before it's safe/acceptable to live in.Ideally I would like to buy in Charlotte or the surrounding areas.

Get good mattresses that appeal to the masses.Did the listing say they only supply a starter supply of T.P. and the like?

The cash-on-cash return by itself is not appealing assuming a 50/50 split before my equity is returned.
