What are the best web sites for seeing price trends, both nationwide and in the states where I own lands?

A lot of owners end up being "Accidental Landlords" due to your situation.How much time do you really have to devote to learning how to be a landlord?

Coming from a marketing background observing brokerage web traffic and lead flow, it seems like many potential contacts might slip away if they don't get a quick answer.

It’s personal to the seller, who’s likely devoted a considerable amount of time and money to their operation.

But the rest of it looks fairly thorough with a large amount of docs to assist in things like autoresponder sequences, checklists, resources, scripts, web pages etc.
