Depends if the passive investment itself is internally leveraged,So, if an investor is investing in a syndication which owns say a 50 unit apartment complex free and clear of debt, and invests $100k, 50k of which is borrowed at say 5% on a home equity line of credit, this is probably ok.Not so much under the same scenario of personal borrowing where the syndication had a 50% LTV mortgage itself against the subject property.

Some of the outskirt towns may bleed into neighboring counties.We are driving distance to NYC, Philly, and the shore, with an international airport and major warehouses, job and population growth, several colleges and universities, hiking and trails, waterways, museums, a booming healthcare sector, rising property values, diverse industries (both blue and white collar), still thriving malls, plenty of commerce, and ongoing redevelopment and development throughout.

I just created 4 google chrome extensions using it that can send information through AI assistants and spit out different results from Meme's, to images to social media posts etc.We are also building agents in copilot that are specific for internal use.
