Especially in a hot market; offering a seller simple and speedy terms will move my offer to the front of the pile and always commands a discount.

The challenge of raising other people up and helping them is rewarding on an internal level which commands motivation from within to achieve goals at a larger level.

I mean $100k a year sound great (and congrats to you for commanding such a lofty salary :-) but look at the total costs of living in California.

We went with laminate as the rehab budget was running dry and the neighborhood just doesn't command top end materials.

As much as I try NOT TO drink, I have volunteered as Commander of the local American Legion, and currently I am the Vice Commander.

A couple of my friends do that - not many people good at it so you can command what you want - and lots of Machine shops in the area/Aircraft.
