When I first moved there is 2012 it was more of a hipster scene, now the yuppies are moving in.  

Things like this about Scott have been coming out at an accelerated rate behind the scene so it was just a matter of time till the wheels came off if it continued and were not fixed.

We've started reaching out to local Real Estate agents (ranked highly on Angie's List) to feel out the scene...seemed like a good a place as any to start.

Fun scene and great weather but can get very hot in the summers to where it feels like you're in an oven when you go outside.

Once the capital is there I don’t think it would be a bad decision to have active investments going while having some PE passive investments going behind the scene at the same time.
