The 7 Lakes property is beautiful, and it may be possible for someone to add cabins, etc for a fishing resort type use, but other than that, zoning wouldn't support development. 

It's funny cause they have less of a reason to get to know the neighbors than a long term tenant but more time to develop friction than a short term guest.
