Susan Vanderburgh , care to expound on your thoughts?

I haven't looked into this enough, but I'd love to hear your thoughts sometime if you'd care to expound.

Can you expound on you bought 50% of both sides of a  duplex.. are you talking some sort of TIC situation ??

To expound on my comment earlier... 

I seem to be running across a lot of split but undeveloped lots in Lehigh acres down in Florida (I'm sure Jeff can expound on that much better than I can).

I will expound tomorrow. 

I had come to realize this by working for both a large developer and a small, more traditional, firm but I am half way through reading a book called  How Real Estate Developers Think: Design, Profits, and Community and it has expounded on the knowledge I knew and how the relationship between architect and developer should be.

To expound a bit more for others readers (and correct/add to this if needed)... 

Expounding a bit...I see maybe 7 forums:- Raleigh/Triangle/Eastern central - Charlotte/mid-central- Western (Asheville/Boone)- Greensboro- Southeastern (Jacksonville/Wilmington)- Northeastern (mostly bears and pines)- Outer Banks (because you can't get there from here) (they are really more SE VA anyway).

Maybe, BP needs to designate a site just for Newbie's and make another one for the Pro's to expound on their endless knowledge together.Actually the thread goes deeper than this vs that.
