Expounding a bit...I see maybe 7 forums:- Raleigh/Triangle/Eastern central - Charlotte/mid-central- Western (Asheville/Boone)- Greensboro- Southeastern (Jacksonville/Wilmington)- Northeastern (mostly bears and pines)- Outer Banks (because you can't get there from here) (they are really more SE VA anyway).

Maybe, BP needs to designate a site just for Newbie's and make another one for the Pro's to expound on their endless knowledge together.Actually the thread goes deeper than this vs that.

Just sayin.. folks on BP are pretty sharp and tend to tune out this type of responses.. it sounds like you have some experience with your rentals.. and I know Aaron very well he runs a good company and I bet you could expound a little bit and change up to help folks who are looking to understand the whys of this type of investing... 

Any good deals or stories that you could expound?

@Dennis Weber can you expound upon, or suggest any blogs on the non performing notes you mentioned earlier?

Guidance memos, regulations, and enforcement policy as issued by the executive branch of the government (whether state or federal) as well as case law further expound on the law. 

i'm looking to embark on my first flip as well and had some questions. first, can you expound on what you meant when you said your paperwork is tight?
