Quick question for property managers/operators here:From your experience, which operational tasks still take up a large amount of time or require more manual follow-up than they should?

One commercial loan product that has become increasingly popular among investors and developers is bridge financing.

To take a lower ownership stake but be preferred return heavy on the distribution the deal has to be a short round trip like a for-sale development flip where the gain is realized in a shorter duration.

It there a large major infrastructure development somewhere?
