Contractors are people too and sometimes they have bad days, get overworked, or greedy.

I am not the only one getting it shoved to me.I would like to try and get this turned around, not only here in Long Beach but to the other California school districts that are being greedy and charging illegal "impact" fees.Please let me know, via private messaging or preferably on this forum, if you are having problems too.

There are times hiding your fee is important due to amount and yes, I do understand greed is a factor in most cases.

You can get screwed by GREEDY landlords at any time.

I get that these 'gurus' went through some bumps but honestly if they are now making hundreds of thousands or millions then they are making plenty of money and just sound greedy to me.

Only because greedy Silicon Valley VC that thing getting popularized. 

You know the line: be greedy when others are fearful.

Unless you become stupid and greedy, then this is on the investor.9.

I know there are a bunch of crappy wholesalers out there that are not ethical or even licensed, throwing deal after deal against the wall hoping one sticks, but hey the same goes for crappy, greedy, unethical flippers and investors.
