Private property has been under attack here in California. 

I say this because I don’t want to be accused of attacking the guy due to his Fox background – I’m a fan of Fox and it’s that fanboy trait of mine that inclined me to investing with Morris.

Her son was also apparently suffering from asthma attacks due to the "mold", and she had a letter from a doctor to "prove" it. 

Puffing, whining, crying, defending, threatening, making personal attacks, all from a place of no knowledge at all and as usual, hiding behind no photo and no information to do it.

There is ZERO reason for personal attacks here.

I've entered many houses that had squatters in them and I wouldn't want to be half in a window should one of them decide to attack me.

With this in mind, our current plan of attack is to focus on buy and hold investments, both single family and multifamily properties (whichever is the best deal, really).

I love seeing a community that veers more toward valuing learning from each other than dismissing and attacking.
