The tutorials on here seem helpful and I'm sure I'll get a lot out of it.I'm interested in residential rental property and maybe commercial.

It is a pain to set up (there are tutorials online) but now that it is done it is pretty straight forward.Kelly

But they have Youtube tutorials to help you out. 

And then, it would no longer be the best place to go.There are a number of tutorials online that show how to pick an area based on the amount of activity, but I say pick some place that makes sense to you, and go for it.

A Brazilian realty FAQ doesn't even mention it in their how to buy tutorial.
