LOL @ MarkI also like the ones on FB who call themselves Investor/Wholesaler/Short Sale Specialist/Internet Marketer/Social Media Expert/Blogger and who make about ten Youtube guru videos a week for about a month, before they disappear forever.

There was not YouTube, DIY bloggers or social media available to show him what to do or give him fabulous ideas. 

Money Mustache is one of my favorite financial bloggers, and when I'm not on the BP forums, I'm on the MM forums. :)He's way more hardcore than I'll ever be, but if you just take a few nuggets away from his way of life, you'll be doing well.
