However, the thought of going into debt to start this adventure has caused my wife to not see my dream.

Not all of them it's something I'm reading on currently though.It's a tenant's paradise.It says you can't get rid of someone if they tear up your house, don't pay rent or when they cause a problem in the neighborhood.
