Because the numbers are a little easier to manage, many investors are actually finding greater success with single-family or small value add SFRs, particularly those that require minimal maintenance or have below-market rents.Good luck!

We've been doing a mix of custom residential projects - single family renovations, additions, new builds, etc. - as well as developer driven urban infill projects - small apartment and condo buildings, duplexes, ADUs, site analysis studies, etc.
