I specialize in STR in the area and at the price you had it listed, there are over 90 other 6 bedroom homes in the surrounding STR communities like Windsor Hills, Championsgate, Westside and a couple others that would be 'competition' to a buyer looking in that price range and ONLY at 6 bedrooms.
