By default the Dollar has to get significantly devalued, which means your future debt decreases in cost significantly. 

Embrace and it play some offense, not defense, and try to beat the dollar devaluation.   

Lots of cash on sidelines devaluing and about to get burned even more.

My view on it is that's just the dollar devaluation syndrome after a strong dollar(esp. in 2022), and it'll be a consistent flight to quality unless we divest from a monopolistic tech society which I actually doubt.

Our asset values go up and our Longterm debt gets devalued.  

Cashflow is always the worst in year one and is bound to grow.You can't always predict appreciation, but inflation (the steady devaluation of the dollar) is pretty dependable.

And I think many concerns are valid: inflation has to go up based on tariffs short term, but also long term we will see the devaluation of the dollar accelerate.

Recent sales reflect severe devaluations.

Resale I would say do not count on any appreciation at this point and may even devalue as time goes on.
