I dont think it's a mistrust of me per se, I think most are scared of giving me a voided check so I can enter the info.Will see if my new approach works when I meet with the lawn company.Back to the topic at hand - I've spent a lot of time learning the nuances of Buildium, and there's still new things to learn, however they've consistently made improvements over the years, customer service has always been amazing and always willing to help if I've called with a question and I feel their pricing is reasonable.

This mistrust has become more prevalent over the last couple of years, partially because of a few bad players, but mostly because of well-meaning members of forums like this who tend to bash Turnkeys.If you had a bad experience at a restaurant, would you stop eating out?

In the llc the operating agreement must state who does what and who gets what and for how much money or work.A concern comes to my mind: Is there already a level of mistrust of the equity partner toward you or is this a friendly conversation the two of you are having?
