you are not married so this doesn't apply here yet at least but if you do get married, you will want to consult with an attorney to ensure separate property and community property are titled accurately before entering into the marriage.Again, I don't know all the facts here and I'm only insinuating a sort of mistrust here based on your post but don't intend to presume any sort of relationship between you and your SO.

I dont think it's a mistrust of me per se, I think most are scared of giving me a voided check so I can enter the info.Will see if my new approach works when I meet with the lawn company.Back to the topic at hand - I've spent a lot of time learning the nuances of Buildium, and there's still new things to learn, however they've consistently made improvements over the years, customer service has always been amazing and always willing to help if I've called with a question and I feel their pricing is reasonable.
