That's a setup where the costs to acquire standard rentals, and operational costs, are inflation hit and inflation adjusting, but the monetization ie rents, are squeeeeezed, with deflation pressures due to peoples affordability.

If you got really niche with the leads and had a few ways to monetize them, then I could see it working out in terms of longrun value if you have some cash to gamble with and could run this for volume.I've tested paid leads from a few different sources and providers, but nothing has ever panned out to be actually worthwhile.
